SSP offers technology which generates reusable condensate water from the waste produced in grain based distilleries.

In this process, grain stillage is fed into a decanter centrifuge system. Wet cake and thin liquor gets separated in the system. Thin slop is fed to a multistage vacuum evaporator to produce solid concentrates of up to 40%. The vapour generated in the system is re-used to economise steam consumption. Generating clear condensate water generated from the evaporation system which can be reused for the process.
